Purpose

Telling you when registrations open and sharing news about the Ultra Backyard 1300. Your address is used for nothing else, and is never sold or passed on.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form: « I agree that Dossard Club may use my email to let me know when registrations open. Unsubscribe in one click. »

Data collected

• Your email address.
• The date of your consent and the version of the wording you agreed to.
• Where relevant, the campaign that brought you to the site (Instagram, for instance).

No IP address, no browsing data. The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking tools. The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the request when you submit it, without setting a cookie.

Recipients

• Dossard Club SARL.
• Cloudflare, Inc., host of the site and its database.

Emails are sent by Dossard Club SARL from alexis@dossardclub.fr.

Retention

Until 31 July 2027, or until you unsubscribe if that comes first.

You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. For any request, write to contact@dossardclub.fr.
